We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on report credits purchased from ROOMS® Inspections, provided by Rooms & Co Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order details and we will process your refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe, our payment provider, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your credits
When a refund is approved, the corresponding report credits are removed from your branch balance. Where a volume pack is refunded, the full number of credits granted by that pack is removed. Documents you have already unlocked remain available to you.
