Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you use them.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes — pick a pack of 1, 10, 25, 100 credits at checkout. Larger packs bring the price down to £3.50 per credit.
Do credits work across apps?
Yes. The same pooled balance covers Inspections and Inventory & Schedule of Condition, and every app we add to ROOMS® OS.
What if I need a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase — see our refund policy.
